Transaction Coordinator

We partner with retailers nationwide, often early in their physical store growth, to design and scale a data-driven store expansion strategy. We help brands determine where to open stores, then support execution as they grow. Our clients include growing brands like Rowan, Tradehome Shoes, Purple, Todd Snyder, and more. We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support the management of our clients’ real estate deal pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support deal managers execute store expansions by tracking, organizing, and managing deals across multiple client portfolios
  • Support deal negotiations to ensure fluid and consistent communication between the landlord and the potential tenant (our client)  
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations (and occasional GIS materials) for client meetings.
  • Create, update, and distribute tour books and supporting materials for client site tours nationwide.
  • Support the real estate analytics team in the development of strategy presentations for both new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and update internal sales, rent, and market databases by coordinating with landlords, brands, and other third-party sources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field.
  • Strong interest in retail and commercial real estate industries, with a demonstrated curiosity to learn.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with PowerPoint skills at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while supporting a diverse client portfolio.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Prior experience at a retailer, consulting firm, real estate firm, or high-growth startup environment.

Director of Real Estate

We partner with retailers nationwide, often early in their physical store growth, to design and scale a data-driven store expansion strategy. We help brands determine where to open stores, then support execution as they grow. Our clients include growing brands like Rowan, Tradehome Shoes, Purple, Todd Snyder, and more. We are currently seeking a Director of Real Estate to help manage our client's retail expansions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead site selection and deal execution efforts, negotiating letters of intent and leases in collaboration with clients, landlords, and brokers.
  • Manage active deal pipelines and take day-to-day ownership for assigned client portfolios.
  • Travel extensively to conduct site tours, and in-person meetings with clients and landlords.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, brokers, and local market contacts.
  • Partner with client real estate, construction and operational teams to support store openings.
  • Execute national real estate strategies for multiple specialty and emerging retail brands, including market analysis, site sourcing, and location evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with site selection, LOI and lease negotiations, and managing national expansions.
  • Strong familiarity with top malls, lifestyle centers, and high-street retail locations across the U.S.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently as part of a national real estate role.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial metrics and trade-offs to support deal decisions.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-service environment.
  • Prior internal real estate experience at a retailer, consumer brand, or other relevant industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail real estate, preferably supporting specialty, or high-growth brands.
